Design

Understanding the space & needs of the client.

This is the beginning and most pivotal to the entire process. You as a client get to speak of everything you envision to see and feel in the space. It gives me the direction and helps me work towards transferring your vision into a reality.  Design is an integral process, requiring Understanding, Thought, Research & Execution.

3D Models

Conceptual design presented in a model for the client to envision the proposed design with their suggested materials/finishes.

The 3D model walks you through a space, to visually see it transform and take its  new look. It helps you assess the look the proposed  design is bringing to the space and appreciate the palette of colors & textures the suggested finishes create. 

Finishes

This is the fun part of the Design and visually most impacting, leaving you with a trademark that is YOURS.

It is not just the colors and textures brought in by the materials used, but , the way they are distributed and detailed, that makes all the difference in calling for a customization. On approval from client these finishes turn into Specifications which are supported with contacts on who to & where to buy from.

Design Drawings

Design details of specific areas, will be presented as Interior Elevations in CAD. These are drawings that show the front & side of a design and provide exact dimensions,orientation and details pertaining to the design.The CAD drawings are to scale and help with execution of fabrication & construction.

Specifications & Room Schedules : The complete list of specifications of materials provided allows information on where to & who to buy it from. Room Schedules allow the contractor to execute these materials in their proposed locations.
